Hadassah Dowuona is a textile and graphic designer and is passionate about her work. Growing up, she gravitated towards seeing what color and fabric combinations designers used. This love of colors, patterns, and visuals drove Hadassah into her current field. Learning about various cultures and her Ghanaian background made her realize graphics and textiles are part of everyone’s life, whether through branding, interior spaces, or fashion.
She graduated from ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ in 2020, majoring in Fiber with a concentration in Graphic Design. She has worked at an overseas design studio, had her Graphic Design works featured at AICAD’s Diversity Conference in Los Angeles, and was one of ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s 2020 entrepreneurship competition winners. Hadassah is passionate about using design as a way to spread joy and foster understanding.
