Originally from Los Angeles, Hermonie Williams ’07 (Interdisciplinary Sculpture B.F.A.) is a multidisciplinary artist who makes hybrid works using photographs of her sculpture to create comprehensive visualizations of abstract concepts. Williams’ graphite drawings are expertly drafted using simple geometric forms and gradients to craft dichotomous forces in a graphic narrative.
Williams has been featured in solo exhibitions at Baltimore’s Terrault Contemporary and Gallery Four. Her work has been included in group exhibitions across Baltimore as well as PS122 in New York and Western Exhibitions in Chicago.
