Paula Scher has inspired generations of graphic designers. She studied illustration at Tyler School of Art, where she discovered her love of typography. She landed a job at CBS Records in New York City and found her voice by creating hundreds of album covers. She later started her own business and then, in the early 90s, she joined the renowned international design firm Pentagram, where she started creating bold, typographic posters for Shakespeare in the Park and other productions of the Public Theater. She has won countless awards, created brand identities for global companies, and has spoken about her work around the world. She is also a gifted teacher!
